The Personalised Prescription service
- The personalised prescription is a digital product: a written report of tailored book, poetry and quotation recommendations, with an accompanying guided meditation and follow-up support, delivered by email as described on the service page.
- It is created by hand based on the answers you provide, so the more accurate your answers, the better the result.
- The price covers the curation, writing and craft of the prescription itself. The books recommended are not included; you buy those separately wherever you choose.
- Because it is a bespoke digital product prepared specifically for you, it is generally non-refundable once work has begun or the prescription has been delivered. If something has gone wrong, please contact us and we will always try to put it right.
- The recommendations are offered in good faith for your enjoyment and reflection, and are not guaranteed to produce any particular outcome.

The site links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of everything on that site.
Limitation of liability
